Some Marketing projects I’ve done.

During my tenure at Downtown Framingham Inc., transitioning from an intern to the role of Social Media Manager, I played a pivotal role in elevating the organization's online presence. Through the implementation of a structured social strategy and a meticulously planned content calendar, we witnessed notable improvements in engagement and reach across Facebook and Instagram. Additionally, my efforts extended to the organization's newsletter, contributing to increased readership and overall impact as it was able to highlight and created a 10% increase in engagement from my very first couple weeks at the company. Beyond the digital realm, I actively participated in community events, including fundraisers and local business promotions, leaving a lasting imprint on the fabric of Downtown Framingham. This included: reaching out for new initiatives, participating in community efforts and more. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, my strategic approach and hands-on initiatives delivered tangible results, demonstrating my capacity to drive positive change.

I take pride in my role within PQube's promotional and marketing strategy for gaming conventions. With a presence at Pax East/West in 2018-2021, I contributed to set-up, breakdown, and on-the-floor marketing sales. Engaging with diverse demographics, including press, families, and various audiences, I actively promoted and facilitated gameplay demos for titles such as Nippon Marathon, Potion Permit, and Nexomon Extinction. Helping to assist game sales, brand awareness and most importantly - building up their community in a positive light.

I am delighted to have been a crucial part of presenting Annapurna's forthcoming game lineup in 2022. My responsibilities encompassed the setup and breakdown of our Pax East booth, along with active participation in all aspects of booth marketing. This involved hands-on game demonstrations, effective promotion and sale of merchandise, and engaging with key demographics to ensure optimal game sales upon release. Making sure if I was working with kids, I would sell to them differently than I would approach a sales pitch to an adult. Additionally, I received marketing credit in the official release for the game "Marquette" and am extremely proud to be a featured member of an official title release by a company such as Annapurna Interactive.

Projects I’ve worked for Charity.

I am a HUGE supporter of fundraising. No matter what the cause is, primarily when it comes to helping with people who are kids or are suffering from illness.

Please take some time below to look at some projects I’ve had a hand in helping to be a part of!

I contributed to the development of the Pizza Party event as part of the Casabunch Gaming team. This unique experience, sponsored by Quest2Conquer x AMD, aimed to raise funds for cancer research through the promotion of a Street Fighter 6 beta build. My role encompassed managing social media coverage, orchestrating the marketing buildup, and executing strategic plans to maximize the event's impact. Together, we successfully combined gaming enthusiasm with philanthropy, creating an engaging and purposeful occasion.

I had the privilege of participating in Fight for a Cause in both 2021 and 2022, collaborative events with The Extra Life program and SickKids Toronto. These initiatives were dedicated to fundraising for the health, well-being, and living conditions of sick children. My involvement included contributing to the planning and execution of these events, supporting the noble cause of improving the lives of children facing health challenges in Canada.

In 2020, I played a key role in organizing one of my initial charity gaming events. Alongside the Casabunch Gaming team, we successfully united nearly 200 Street Fighter 5 players in an online event during the challenging times of COVID-19. The objective was to raise funds for "We the Protestors!"—a program dedicated to supporting POC+LGBTQ youth in the fight against hate. This event marked a significant effort to leverage the gaming community's collective power for a meaningful cause.
